You guys broke us down! Being in other people's properties almost every day, we are continually being asked to perform other work the property owner needs done, from floor installation to pergola repair.

For some requests, we know our limits, and will refer certain projects out to some skilled professionals in our network. There are also some handyman projects which require certain licenses which we cannot assist with, such as plumbing, HVAC or electrician. Having said that, our Home Improvement Contractor license covers many skills that we do have, so give us a call or text to inquire about your project area.
